By placing an order with A Memory to Last, you agree to the following:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, stories, names, dates, and photos.

• Tribute songs, videos, and keepsakes are custom-created based on the information provided.

• One reasonable revision is included with each order. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and order volume.

• Songs, videos, and keepsakes are intended for personal, family, memorial, recognition, and gift purposes.

• Customers retain ownership of their photos and submitted materials.

• Customers receive personal-use rights to their compete tribute.  A Memory to Last retains ownership of original song lyrics, arrangements, designs, and production methods created as part of the tribute process.

• We reserve the right to decline projects containing inappropriate, unlawful, or offensive content.

Our goal is to create a meaningful tribute that honors your memories with care, respect, and professionalism.

Because every tribute is custom-created, refunds are handled differently than standard retail purchases.

• Orders may be canceled for a full refund before creative work begins.

• Once song writing, design work, video production, or tribute creation has started, refunds are no longer available.

• One reasonable revision is included to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• If an error was made by A Memory to Last, we will gladly correct it at no additional charge.

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, completed custom tributes are non-refundable.
