• A Memory to Last retains ownership of original song lyrics, arrangements, designs, and production methods created as part of the tribute process.

• We reserve the right to decline projects containing inappropriate, unlawful, or offensive content.

• Orders may be canceled for a full refund before creative work begins.

• If an error was made by A Memory to Last, we will gladly correct it at no additional charge.
